Insight Counseling Services was established in 2020 by Rochell Torris, M.A., LPC. Insight Counseling Services offers individual counseling in a outpatient private practice setting for adolescents and adults. Insight Counseling Services utilizes HIPAA compliant telehealth services in an effort to increase access to counseling across Texas. Insight Counseling Services addresses multiple areas of counseling including: eating disorders, body image, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, women's issues, mood disorders, and more. Insight Counseling Services utilizes a variety of evidence based treatments and techniques including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and more. Insight Counseling Service's strives to provide a therapeutic environment that allows for growth, healing, and insight.
